01About

From the factory floor to global digital delivery

Industries
Automotive · FMCG · Heavy Industry
Functions
Finance · Operations · Marketing · Logistics · HR
Regions
APAC · ANZ · EMEA · Middle East · Americas

My career started on an automotive assembly line. As a Quality Analyst at Volkswagen India, I traced a recurring manufacturing issue to its root cause and replaced paper-based tracking with a structured digital reporting system. Process efficiency rose from 80% to 99%. I still work that way. I look at how the operation actually runs before I look at the software.

Since then I have led a cross-border market-entry study for a German automotive client, owned a ₹2Cr+ ERP and omnichannel programme at VI-John Group, and moved to dss+, where I am Delivery Owner for Global Digital and lead the APAC programme. Along the way I completed an Executive MBA in Technology Business Management at Masters' Union and graduated as cohort valedictorian.

I have also built things of my own: a published patent for an IoT-enabled fingerprint lock, and early-stage ventures in edtech, handicrafts and consumer brands. Building from nothing teaches you that a plan nobody uses is worth nothing. In transformation work I judge the result by two things: do people use the new way of working, and does it pay back?

How I work

  1. 01

    Start from the current state

Map how the work is really done before proposing anything. At VI-John that meant current-state workshops across five functions ahead of the ERP fit-gap.

  2. 02

    Align before you build

Competing priorities don't resolve themselves. I put them on the table early and turn technical constraints into decisions the business can make.

  3. 03

    Standardise to scale

A good template saves more time than a clever one-off. Rebuilt dashboards and templates cut delivery timelines at dss+ by half.

  4. 04

    Measure the outcome

If it ships and nobody uses it, it didn't work. I track cycle time and hours saved, and I watch adoption.
